Malta, New York (April 27, 2018) – After a highly successful opening night show on Tuesday of this week, speedway officials were forced to cancel tonight’s program due to rain. The next scheduled event will take place on Friday, May 4, at which the Pro Stocks division will take the spotlight.

“I want to take a moment to thank everyone who attended our opening “BRING IT!” event. We thought it would be a good race but it turned out to be a phenomenal event from start to finish and I need our fans to know how appreciative we are of their support,” stated promoter Lyle DeVore.

DeVore continued, “I was looking forward to following that up with another great night of competition but we will just have to wait until next Friday because Mother Nature just doesn’t want to give up her hold yet; not something we can control.”

When the gates open on Friday, May 4, all weekly divisions and 4-Cylinders will be in action. Highlighting the night’s action will be a 25-lap, $600 to win feature for the highly competitive Pro Stock division that fans can always count on for plenty of exciting racing action. Grandstand gates will open at 5 p.m. The pit gate will open at 4 p.m. with on-track practice starting at 6 p.m.
