Malta, New York (August 1, 2017) – For the first time since Father’s Day weekend and
the second time this year, the DMA USAC Midgets from the Bear Ridge Speedway will make
their way into “The Great Race Place” to do battle. When they were here in June it was Jeff
Champane going wire-to-wire in the 25 lap feature.

Also on the card Friday night will be double features for the Pro Stock division as they
make up a feature from the June 23rd rain out. All other divisions will be in action with the
exception of the 4-Cylinder division.

The Sportsman division will run a Sowle Trailer Repair Series Race with $1,000 on the
line for the winner courtesy of Sowle Trailer Repair.

A chance for a milestone could take place Friday night as well. Brett Hearn scored his
899th career win last Friday at “The Great Race Place.” Should he park his Madsen Overhead
Door no. 20 in victory lane this Friday it would be monumental career win number 900.
