2024 License Application / Membership Form
Note: Membership cards will not be mailed to you, they
will be available at the first warm-up/practice of the season.
Modifieds, Sportsman & Pro Stocks MUST have a DIRT License.
We will not process an LVAR license for any of those divisions.
However, ALL drivers regardless of division MUST fill this form out,
(no fee required) as it serves as your registration and tax documentation,
and without it, you cannot get paid!

NOTE: This form must be filled out for every Modified and Pro Stock Driver,
and mailed to Albany-Saratoga Speedway (not to DIRTcar)
